Anjali Rauniyar
Centre Director · Little Assets Melbourne CBD
As Centre Director of Little Assets Melbourne CBD, Anjali Rauniyar is passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn. Guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, she believes children are capable, curious learners and is committed to building strong partnerships with families to support each child's development. With her warm, approachable nature and deep appreciation for cultural diversity, Anjali creates a welcoming community where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.
The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development. They take the time to understand every child as an individual and create a supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
Communication with families has always been clear, professional, and responsive. The administrative team is highly organised, and any questions or concerns are handled promptly and efficiently. We have always felt well informed and supported, which provides great peace of mind as a parent.
The inclusive and nurturing atmosphere has made a meaningful difference to our family, and we are grateful for the dedication and support we have received throughout our time at Little Assets.
We would highly recommend Little Assets to families looking for a welcoming, supportive, well-organised, and high-quality early learning environment.
What we love the most is how diverse and multicultural the centre is. They regularly introduce beautiful cultural activities and programs that help children learn about different backgrounds, traditions, and communities from such a young age. It creates such an inclusive and welcoming environment for both kids and parents.
The educators are kind, attentive, and truly look after the children with so much love and patience. The management team is also always working hard to bring new ideas, collaborations, activities, and learning experiences for the kids, which we really appreciate as parents.
The recent Mother’s Day event was absolutely amazing and so thoughtfully organised. It really showed how much effort and heart the team puts into making families feel involved and valued.
Highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and community-focused environment for their children!
